Dear loyal Nohra Thai Kitchen Friends and Guests,
In accordance with the latest Public Health Order, we’re happy to announce that our indoor dining service is back in action!
Patio seating is also available and you can of course continue enjoying your favorite dishes though our take-out, delivery and catering services! We’re here and happy to serve you (our smiles shine through our masks) every Thursday – Sunday, 11am-9pm
Seating is limited so reservations are recommended, and we will be adhering to the following safety protocol guidelines set out by the B.C. Heath Authority and WorkSafe B.C.:
Dine-In:
- Reservations are recommended and the name & phone # of one person in each party will be obtained for contact tracing purposes
- If a member of your party is feeling ill we respectfully ask that you kindly move your reservation to a later date when everyone is feeling better
- Upon arrival please wait at the front door for a Team Member to show you to your table.
- In accordance with public safety guidelines guests are to wear masks whenever they are not seated
- Laminated menus will be sanitized after each use and meals will be served by placing dishes at the ends of the table for guests to distribute
- Take out containers will be provided to guests should they wish to take a portion of their meal home to enjoy
- Tables & all chairs will be sanitized after each use
- A dedicated guest washroom is available upon request and is sanitized daily
Take-Out / Delivery:
- Our takeout window is operational promoting 2m social distancing between guests & staff
- Upon arrival guests will queue, maintaining social distancing, while waiting to approach the take-out window
- Only one guest / group will be permitted at the window at a time. Guests are required to wear masks at the take-out window
- Hand sanitizer is readily available for customer use
- Delivery is available using in-house employees (not a third-party company).
- All orders to be paid via phone prior to delivery for a contactless service
- Food will be placed on the doorstep and Team Member will wait at 2m distance for the customer to answer the door and accept the delivery.
Employee Safety:
- Team members will not work if feeling ill
- The number of staff on premises is limited so we can adhere to social distancing protocols
- Team Members will wear masks and while gloves are not mandatory, rest assured we are washing / sanitizing our hands between each task and frequently throughout our shifts!
